Borough of Manhattan Community College, City University of New
York. Dr. Biship has over 10 years of teaching experience and

College and holds an MA in economics from the University of Texas
at Arlington.
Chuck Martie holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of
Connecticut and Works as an analyst in the Governor's Office for
